Our speicalization is the production and assembly of prefabricated wooden frame houses. We offer our products mainly in Latvia, Norway and Estonia.
The construction of our wooden frame houses is specially developed taking into account Norwegian building standards and special climatic conditions. We only use quality hardwood. Dry, planed, hard wood allows us to build safe, durable houses up to three stories high.
The exterior walls and roof are designed in such a way that energy losses are minimal and the house is warm and protected against snow, rain and wind. The heat return coefficient of the roof is – 0.13 W/m²K. Depending on the exterior finish, the heat return coefficient of the exterior walls can be from 0.16 W/m²K (wood finish) to 0.12 W/m²K (mineral plaster).
